Analyzing Quality plan And implement to production. 

To prepare daily QA, IPQC and first part approval report for all products. 

Achieve production targets with meeting quality standards. 

Incoming Inspection Report. 

Analyzing Machine Rejection Report. 

Analyzing weekly Rejection Report and Short out the Quality problem. 

Responsibilities: 

Raw Material Inspection. 

Maintain Friendly working Environment. 

Minimize Rejection Rate. 

Inspecting the process parameters and Batch checking. 

Preparing daily and monthly rejection report. 

Calibrate all testing machine and checklist prepare for testing equipments.
