Plan & implements Black belt project activity.

Reaction injection moulding machine for pu foam manufacturing 

Mould set up on round conveyor system. 

Quality parameter checking on Hardness testing machine, Resilience testing m/c , Compression testing machine. 

Physical property checking on Universal Testing M/c .

Document management through TS-16949 quality system.
