Job Profile and Responsibility: 

As Senior Manager - Production:

Driving overall production operations (4 Assembly lines, Hard Chrome Plating Shop, Powder Coating Shop, Paint Shop, Autophoretic Paint Shop, Welding Shops) 

Development of new product from Production feasibility stage 

Finalization of cockpit module and its assembly sequencing during initial sample preparation 

Keeping a constant touch with all the concerned regarding Verification and Validation activities. 

Always keen during Finalization of inspection and testing requirements of the product. 

New Unit Set-up e.g. Erection & commissioning of the New plant for Struts & Gas Spring for 4 Wheeler. 

Successful Implementation of TS-16949 , TPM & EMS OHSAS in the plant . 

Plant Layout &Assembly Line set-up 

Error proofing of the processes. 

Achieve in-house rejection/ Rework PPM levels 

Monthly operational level of PQCDSM

Shift In charge: 

The job includes managing the entire shop quality activity like in-process inspection, final inspection, conducting SPC on the safety and significant characteristics. Taking corrective and preventive action of the internal and external customer complaints. Responsible as a shift in-charge for the in-process inspection of: 

Machine Shop 

Hi-Tech Weld Shop 

Ultra modern Paint & Plating shop. 

Assembly of Struts, Shock Absorbers & Front Forks. 

Inward Inspection & Vendor Development 

Worked in Incoming inspection section. Good exposure of quality characteristics of machined, fabricated, sheet metal parts, rubber and plastic molded parts. This activity also involves suppliers audit and up-gradation. 

Handling Customer complaints. 

Good Exposure of handling customers like Hero Honda, Maruti, Honda Siel Cars Ltd Closely worked with them in case of new product development, complaints. The tools used for analysis are `5 Why` / Poka Yoke / 7 QC Tools. 

CAPA of In-house problems - Analysing the root cause of in-house rejection along with Japanese and taking action to eliminate the problem in a planned manner.
