ECL has a technical tie up with Enaspol Chemie Ltd. (SPOLEK GROUP), Czech Rep. and collaboration with Lakeland Laboratories Ltd., U.K. 

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

Significantly contributed in setting up the R&D and QC laboratories with all the facilities. 

Formulated and developed a range of specialty chemicals, entailing Surfactants: Anionic, Non-ionic, Cationic & Amphoteric: Textile chemicals, Oilfield Chemicals, Cleaning Agents, Shampoos, Hand Washes, Toilet Cleaners, Fabric Softner etc. 

Successfully developed various analytical methods. 

Involved in coordinating with the Production Head to plan routine production & resolve technical issues. 

Implemented numerous process developments and successfully scaled up a number of specialty chemicals which were developed in-house and those of the collaborators. 

Conceptualized and implemented many useful documentation systems. 

Handled administration of all the employees as an additional responsibility after six months of service.

Skillfully handled various products which constituted of some Surfactants, Thio Cyano Methyl Thio Benzothiazole (fungicide), 2-Amino 3, 5-Dibromo Benzaldehyde, N-Alkyl 4-Amino 1, 2-Methylenedioxy benzene, Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde (drug intermediates) etc.
