As Production Head:

New product development & Trial of new raw material substitution. 

Plant operation & planning of moulding unit capacity. 

Applying statistical quality tools and participating in ISO 9000 Implementation. 

Development of latest functional items for Defence. 

New raw material & supplier determination for the better productivity at low cost. 

Planning of Manpower, Machine, Tooling & other resource of production. 

Production planning. 

PPAP run for automobile components. 



As Assistant Manager Materials: 

Looking after outsourcing of Finished Goods 

Costing of components & sub-assemblies, packing materials, plastic components, assembly operations etc. 

Negotiations with suppliers for continuous improvement in cost, quality & delivery 

Coordination with Projects Dept. & Planning Dept. on daily basis for on-time project completion 

ISO activities & systems improvement 

Preparation of purchase plan and giving schedule to suppliers 



As Quality Incharge & MR:
