   14000 & 18000 at Gwalior. 

? Worked with a stint of eight months with Hindusthan Vaccum Glass (P) Ltd ISO 

   9001. SHRIRAM GROUP as an Engg. Trainee at Faridabad. 



Job Responsibility : 

? The job is characterized upon the development, maintenance and production. Development : To develop new products, moulds, change into multicavity, etc. Maintenance  : To solve the mechanical and electrical problems of moulding  

                        machines, mould temperature controllers, ovens etc. 

Production     : To increase the production while maintaining the quality and 

                       customer satisfaction. 



Processing techniques : 

? Extrusion : Type : battlefield, Toshiba, poly, kabra etc. 

                   Process : Physically expanded PE foam, bubble film, expanded
