Environment: UNIGRAPHICS NX-3. 

Role: Modeling, Drafting using Expressions. 

Team Size: 2 

Description: This Project consists bottom-tank, rollers, coil assembly, core, bushings, cooling assembly with piping and all these parts are done in modeling by controlling with expressions and linking the parts using Inter-part Expressions with the main assembly. 

My job responsibility involves in: Modeling of coil assembly, core, Cooling bank assembly, bottom tank, Flanges & Turrets using expressions and the components are controlled by using Inter-part expressions. 

Drafting is updated by Expressions. 



2) Project Name: Switch Cover and Switch Box. 

Client: Crompton Greaves, Mumbai. 

Environment: UNIGRAPHICS NX-3. 

Role: Modeling, Detailing. 

Description: These are the plastic components mainly used for Pedestal Fan. 

According to the specifications given, the model is developed. Detailing 

Of the component was also done following the client?s standards for Quality checking. 



3) Project Name: Rubber Bellow 

Client: Tata Motors Ltd, Pune. 

Environment: UNIGRAPHICS NX-3. 

Role: Modeling, Detailing. 

Description: This is the rubber component used for covering the gear rod in vehicles 

According to the specifications given, the model is developed. Detailing 

Of the component was also done following the client?s standards for Quality checking.
