Project Description: 

In the manufacturing of High Pressure 5 Stage axial compressor drum involves lot of motion with in the factory and was consuming lot of time. We have implemented lean manufacturing tools and have minimized the unnecessary motion of the parts thereby increasing the productivity, efficiency, and meet the customer requirement at the earliest stage. Here we have not only implemented the lean tactics with in the organization even outside the organization also means in the transportation of raw materials from vendor to the industry and from industry to the customer in order to avoid inventory as well.
