Machine designing & Manufacturing 

Design & development of Panels using low voltage switchgear products like contactors, relays, circuit breakers, control switches using design & analysis software E Plan. 

Review & improvement existing products design cost reduction measures. 

Deciding the machine configuration as per customer specific requirement, Finalizing Bill of Material of machine, Switch gear selection. Designing of protection system for machine Carrying out Equipment Sizing Calculations cable sizing routing and scheduling. Designing of power and Control panel layout and machine drawing. 

Customer support and customer complains analysis
