Currently working with a leading company undertaking Job order from Tupperware.  Also experience in ISO Documention.

The company has 5 Injection Moulding Machines L & T 350T, L & T 500T & FCS 850T.

SM350, SM150.

Experience in Moulding of different Materials & Mould with cold runner, Hot runner, Insulated runner mold & stack mould.

Experience in Molding of chair different type of Mold like high back, low back & Armless chair (Neel Kamal, Universal & Kirthi Chairs).

Responsibilities: - 

Overall Incharge for production.

Production Planning for incoming Mould & SET up & Start up of Mould.

Responsible for Quality of Product.

Responsible for Heat Transfer Printing.

Responsible for Maintenance of Machine & Mould.

Responsible for incoming Material Quality & Packing Material.





Trading Undergone at CIPET: - 

CIPET was established by the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. 

Undergone practical training on Injection Moulding Machines like Windsor, Arburg, JSW & Extrusion machine like Windsor & Axon ? AB.

Undergone training at CIPET, in plastic Materials, Polymer Science, Plastic testing & Conversion technology Mold design, Processing techniques like IM, Extrusion, B.M & Machine Maintenance. 

As part of Curriculum, did project work on ?New Product development by Tupperware & Manufacturing of Chair?.
