Fixture report of all the door trims & non door trims as per plan. 

Quality MIS Presentation in presence of Top Management. 

Maintain average rejection within 100PPM at MUL & HMSI end. 

Vendor development (which includes process improvement & Quality System up gradation). 

To attend customer complaints at MUL & HMSI. Submitting 5 ?Why countermeasure sheet in case of customer complaint & its effective implementation in Systems.
