Job Responsibilities: 

Establishment of Quality Standard by training and implementing in-house and suppliers for problem solving and PPM Control. 

Preparing Standards Operation Procedures for all machinery and equipment providing training programs to employees at all levels of the organization. 

Responsible for meeting the targets of production and Quality, responsible for Kaizen, process study, cost reduction new facility introduction, safety, QCCircle and TPS. 

Conducting meeting with related departments depending on the nature of problems and countermeasure. 

Generating Quality Problem reports, investigation and counter measure reports for daily, weekily and monthly updates and review. 

Counseling of team members to solve their grievances and to develop mutual trust to strengthen Team Work. 

Administration work, data collection and analyzing of problem review and follow up of action items and suggestions. Preparation for meeting and presentation. 

Continuous interaction with the vendors for the development of the product
