Working as (Shift Controller) which includes Polymerization and Compounding Process. 

Main responsibilities includes therein:

Planning, Execution and Evaluation of various production related activities to ensure uninterrupted quality production. 

Achieving quality production targets.

Achieving production yields.

Ensuring Implementation of Safety rules and regulations.

Troubleshooting and debottlenecking.

Project activities for capacity expansion/ process modifications through active involvement from concept stage to commissioning

Training of Officers & Engineers and other subordinates.

Maintenance and implementation of ISO quality system.

Wastage control and energy conservation.
