JOB PROFILE:

Quality Control: 

Introducing and implementing Quality Monitoring Systems and Controls. 

Implementation and compliance of various quality measure like ISO 9002, GMP and HACCP. 

Developing a company quality policy as per Laws of the country.

Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practice & formulating test procedures, finalisation of specifications and standards. 

Vendor identification, assessment of capabilities, inspections for keeping up the quality standards as per CGMP. 

Imparting training on technical expertise in all operational areas including quality control procedures and hygiene. 



Audit: 

Conduct internal audit for the department on a routine basis. 

Designing internal controls and checks as well as verification of efficiency levels of the department. 

Ensuring that there is strict maintenance of quality standards to avoid complaints. 



Documentation: 

Preparing and maintaining documents related to BPR, SOP, SPEC, etc 

Responsible for preparing MIS on Customer Complaints, Material Input, Yield and Wastage Analysis 



Testing / Inspection: 

Monitoring, analysis and inspection of the raw materials, packaging materials, semi finished and finished products. 

Testing of the products at different stages by adoption of conventional testing methods and sophisticated equipments.
