Improve Reliability of assets through efficiently managing Spares, tracking History to monitor MTBF and Equipment failure Analysis to do design out maintenance.  

Preparing departmental budget and enforcing budget disciplines to control fixed costs.

Upgraded the site Engineering Standards and expanded the plant capacity with a capital outlay of Rs 20 Crore.

Launched energy conservation procedures, improved boiler efficiencies and reduced power consumption.
