Make a tracking sheet of each and every purchase items and present in the daily meeting.

Track all machine hour which has provided by machine shop incharge.

Make a costing as per the machine utilization chart and other expenses included in the certain mould.

Call the vendors for meeting and select the vendors.

Send enquiry for purchase and get the quote.

Good in Negotiation and getting order confirmation.

Solve all customer query related to payment, documentation etc.

Estimate the machining hour required for the outsource part and follow the things will gets completed within the estimation. If not get evaluate and correct for next time.
