To study & analysis of customer?s requirements/samples & Report of the results to senior management.  

To conduct laboratory experiments & production trials.

To test different types of samples and developed enough supporting data to establish and revise wherever applicable, the specifications of raw materials, formulations, work 

instructions.

To issue the formulations, new process & work instructions, specification to production, costing & Q.A. department.

To solve technical problems in production.

To produce samples and test certificates to be submitted to customer for approval.

To train the juniors/workers about the new process and products while making samples and production trial run.
