Job Profile:

Production Planning & Control 

Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.

Handling all the issues related with troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Conducting regular check up of Pneumatic and hydraulic Valves, Cylinders & supply lines as per P.M schedule.

Preparing plans for zero breakdowns via diverse schemes like (why analysis), TPM, fish bone diagram, and utilizing basic lean manufacturing tools.

Monitoring all the activities correlated with arrangement of production as per centralized planning according to availability of raw materials.



Operations & Maintenance 

Spearheading all the activities associated with operating / controlling production and quality control activities on P.L.C based high speed T-shirt bag making production M/C, blown film extrusion, PP tape Plant, Lohia starlinger looms,  Recycle m/c.

Supervising preparation and execution of maintenance for schedules as per TPM suggestions & checking mechanical drives cams, followers, gear boxes, eyebolts, timing chains, diverse kinds of conveyors for appropriate functioning and change the worn out parts.

Handling all the issues related with troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conducting regular check up of Pneumatic and hydraulic Valves, Cylinders & Supply lines as per P.M schedule.



Quality Assurance 

Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO 9001: 2000 quality standards and maintaining requisite documents. To conduct internal Quality audit and raise NC then find the corrective Action.

Implementing quality systems / procedures in the organisation to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
