Working for a company manufacturing PET Preforms, Crowns and Ropp caps. We make PET perform for various companies such as PepsiCo, RC Cola, Paras & McDowell.

Duties And Responsibilities:

? Training, troubleshooting and assisting shift engineer and operators on plastics injection molding, Hot runner system, Heater, Chiller, Dryer, Air Compressor, Auxiliary equipment and assembly/secondary process operation and mold maintenance and fabrication.  

? Overall responsible for the operational status of  PET perform plant.

? Production, planning & control. Process monitoring & trouble shooting of machine & process.

? Carry out process improvement & machinery upgrading.

? Maintenance and repair of the molds and machine.

? Maintain and improve process capability to meet order requirements.

? Create and maintain the quality system of the plant.

? Responsible for the day-to-day smooth operational efficiency of the plant.

? Work closely with internal staff, suppliers, customers & contractors.

? Reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

? Developing Import Substitutes.
