Making daily production report which include total good production , rejection, raw material and master batch consumption. Control and minimize rejection by rectifying mold problems, m/c problem and by trouble shooting of processing. 

Manpower planning on shop floor for day & night shift .Regularly looking after cleaning and maintenance of molds.

Making preventive maintenance schedule for all machine and doing their service as per schedule plan. Making schedule for compressors and chillers and doing their service as per schedule plan. Shift management and jobs distribution of entire manpower by utilizing all available resource like machine, molds, ancillaries and manpower
