Machine Design and Developer

Presently working with a leading company.

Job Title: Design and development of machine (extruder m/c, vaccum tanks, spray tanks, haul-off m/c,coiler m/c etc.) and its component for plastics pipes, pvc pipe, and plastics product used in irrigation system. 

Job Profile: 

As production / m/c development Engineer: 

Incoming m/c observation 

Prepare design (part design and assembly) of m/c after observation. 

Make a modification according to m/c suitability, company requirement, and need of customers product.

Prepare part of m/c (with help of different type of lathe, drilling, milling m/c). 

Final built up as per design, calculation, modification and mechanical engineering 

To set specific hold points for export job & also work for ERP. 



As Production, Planning, design and Technology In charge: 

Provide a m/c for different department as per as their product requirements. 

To work as quality for product which are coming out from m/c (which we design, develop and modified). 

Job Responsibility:

Duty allotment / shift assignment of the manpower.. 

Planning of material (from outsourcers also) needs for develop up m/c. 

Planning of material with minimum stock level for future jobs.

B.E Major Project: 

Title: HYDRO POWER GENERATION FROM CANALS 

Project Description: In this project power is generated by means of pivoted fins mounted on pelton wheel with unit head.

Title: HYBRID CAR 

Project Description: In my Project I have implemented a HYBRID CAR which is a combination of two or more energy conversion technologies e.g., heat energy, fuel cell, generator, motor etc.

ELECTRO AUTO IND-(Transformer/hydro component- fabrication) BHOPAL, (M.P)- 2 months
