Project Name: THUNDER BIRD 

Client: FUNSKOOL

Description: 

This was a - product design and development project. This was an Aero plane shaped plastic Toy. The client was Funskool. With the given concepts we had suggested 4 different models to be selected by the customer. For the selected model we had extracted core & cavity. During this project we had effective design reviews with the client for the manufacturability of the designed components. 3D modeling and Manufacturing drawing were done using, AutoCAD 



Project 2 

Project Name: DESIGN OF LOW FLOAT TANNERY DRUMS 

Client: CLRI, Chennai

Software: Pro/E 2001, AutoCAD 

Description: 

In this project lot of existing parts and assemblies need to be modified according to the new requirement. Some of the parts are Drum Shape, Door, Compartment, Drive systems, bearing and their mechanisms and also adding some additional motion to tannery drum. Also we designed new concepts and modeled for this project. I Have Done Part Modeling and Assembly of CLaRI Processor Model II.

Future Goals:
