Certified by B.V.Q.I.(U.K.) TS-16949 Manufacturer of automotive A/C System in India & supplying to MARUTI UDYOG LTD. TELCO, TOYOTA, HINDUSTAN MOTORS, TATA MOTORS and BAJAJ MOTORS etc.

Sample (Quality Assurance) 

Job Profile: 

Evaluation of new development component (sheet metal, machined extrusion, tube, forging, casting, plastic, rubber, electrical part of Automotive A/C System). 

Participate in Quality Circle activities. 

Inspection of Various type of vendor supplied as well as in house made sample (dimensional study, assembly fitment, and Testing) 

Testing of new development component (Leakage test, Burst test, Hardness test, Welding test etc). 

Joint inspection at customer end. 

Formulating and implementing continuous improvement programme to reduce rejection rate. 

Preparing and modification in the process and final inspection standard. 

Testing of new development component by machine (Salt spray test, Case test, Thermal shock test, Pulley strength test, Heater and Blower assembly test, Millipore, Environmental test chamber, Compressor Durability test, Pressure Pulsation test, and Burst test etc.) 



Hand on Equipment: 

Venier Caliper, Micrometer, Hight gauge, Profile projector, Digital bevel protector, Anemometer, Techometer, Dial gauge, Linear hight gauge, Radius gauge, Filler gauge, Slip gauge, Depth gauge, and Inside Caliper etc.
