on 1st June 2006.

Job Profile:

Studying the manufacture feasibility of component drawings /models supplied by customer and giving valuable feedback on the same. Creating 3D product model, designing, development and coordination of mechanisms (Pressure Die Casting Dies, Low Pressure Die Casting Dies, Gravity Die Casting Dies, Plastic Injection Moulds, Vacuum Forming Moulds or Thermoforming dies) economically to suit the customer requirements using High End User 3D package like Pro-Engineer and AutoCAD Mechanical Power Pack. 

Part Modelling and Core / Cavity Extraction using Pro-Mold 

Electrode Design for EDM. 

Creating assembly and detailed drawings for manufacturing using Pro-E, & AutoCAD Mechanical Power Pack. 

Process planning as well as scheduling of Die elements to suit the best manufacturing techniques in the Tooling Industry. 

Follow up & tracking the status of the jobs in the shop floor, Probing into the situations and providing technical support.
