Projects:

1) Worked at Onsite Caterpillar Mosivelle, Peoria, Illinois US- 

Development of Brackets, Routing of hoses, hose analyzer Tubes, Modifications in CRS Body, Shrink wraps etc 

2) Modeling of Base Valve Cover (Oil Feed-MEUI ACERT)- 

This projects Involves Casting Design of Base Valve Cover and then its Machining and Detailing. 

3) Checking the Oil pan level- 

This Project Involves ,Checking the oil pan level From the Bottom most point of the Connecting rod to the oil level at all degrees of tilt ,checking this for all Conditions Flat condition of Sump, front sump, rear sump. 

4) Engine Assembly. Design Modification, Making of Cores, Drawing Updation, Casting Drawing, Machining Drawing. 

This Project Involves, Making of Cores, Design Modifications, Detailing of various Engine parts (Castings, Heat shield etc). Casting & Machining Drawing.

5) Design of Clean Gas Induction (CGI) Housing 

This Project Involves Concept Design of CGI Housing and Associated piping, Solving Packaging Issues with minimum modifications on surrounding parts and analyzing components from manufacturing point of view. Inputs were the Pro/E assembly, Part model of existing prototype and Top-level engine assembly model for reference and packaging. 

6) Design of Jaws for Caterpillar Neitherland 

This project involves collection of data for Crusher Jaw, Studying the Bom and tiff images for each component and assembly, then converting them into 3d models in Pro/E.

1) Reverse Engineering of Bike parts of Super Splendor For Hero Honda Motors Ltd- Gurgaon. 

This project is of creating various bike components for E-catalogue. Inputs are Components, 2d drawings for new model Super Splendor. 

2) Designing of Weathering and Galvanization Poles for Pensummit Tubular LLC Charleston USA 

This Project Involves Designing and Modeling of Transmission and Traffic Poles. Inputs are Quotation Sheets and tif files for various arm joint connections. 

3) Modeling of Timing Gears, Gauges and Machine Tooling for Hi-Tech Gears Ltd-Bhiwadi 

This Project Involves Designing and development of Gears, Designing and detailing of Gauges and Fixtures for Gears, Forging and Extrusion shafts for Manufacturing. It also involves Preparation of Quality Assurance planning sheets. Sheets 

4) Modeling of Plastic Components for Mindarika Ltd- Gurgaon 

These projects include 3D modeling for plastic parts, sheet metal components and their Manufacturing drawings. Inputs are 2d drawings. 

5) 2D TO 3D Conversion of Automobile Parts for Cummins India Limited -Pune 

Involved in Parametric Modeling of parts, Assembly and Drafting for Different series of Engine Assemblies for E-catalogue. Inputs are 2d-drawings and IGES Files.

Name: Mechanical Seal Design and their Case Studies. 

Status: M.Tech. Summer Training Project. 

About: This project deals with the study of Mechanical Seals which are of contacting type, various types of Mechanical Seals, Causes of their failures and the remedies associated with it. 



Name: Vibration Analysis of Rectangular and Trapezoidal Aluminum Plates. 

Status: M.Tech. Thesis 

About: Vibration is one of the most important phenomena in everyday science, their effect on Rectangular plates and Trapezoidal plates which are used in Aircraft substructures such as Ailerons and tail plates. An experiment study of these plates is made for finding the Natural frequency and mode shapes.
