B M S C Area.  

Description: This is most critical machine in BMSC area. The function of the machine is to identify the in coming panel in correct orientation so that the mask can be removed for De- pairing as per desired position. 



2. Title: Pick & Place Robot Automation 

Role: Re engineering and Man power reduction. & Comfort 

Duration: 110 days 

P B Area.  

Description: This is critical machine in P B area. The function of the machine is to pick Hot panel of 80 deg C" from roller conveyor and place on to Plastic chain conveyor and from the load on the Over head conveyor for next operation. 



3. Title: Load and Unload Lifter Automation. 

Role: Designing and Execution of Equipment. 

Duration: 60 days 

B M S C Area. 

Description: This is critical machine in BMSC area. The function of the machine is to Unload the in-coming panel from Over Head Conveyor and to pass on to next function and after completion of operation again reload the panel on to moving Over Head Conveyor. 



4. Title: Frit Seal Automation System. 

Role: Designing and execution System. 

Duration: 90 days 

Funnel Preparation Area 

Description: This is most critical machine in F.P. Area of Middle process. The function of the machine is to remove the dust partials from inside the bulb by means of two process, Air pounding system and Air flashing in side the bulb, to eliminate rejection from dust.
