Presently working with a leading : Japanese multinational company engaged in manufacturing four stroke carburetors and Air suction valves for two wheelers three wheelers. It is an ISO9001-2000 and ISO 14000-1996 certified company. 

Company mainly supplies to Hero Honda motors Ltd, Honda scooters & motors India Ltd, Bajaj auto Ltd, LML, Kinetic engineering, TVS motors. 

Company also exports various parts to Japan, china, Brazil, Thailand & Taiwan.  

Nature of Work: 

Sample and Mass production 

Sample layout inspection for various carburetor pawl/viz. Die casting, machining, Press parts, fasteners, plastic, rubber. 

Preparation of Quality plans for various parts as mentioned above. 

Co-ordination with vendor and purchase for sample non conformity. 

Deviation approvals by taking various trials with consultation of Japanese divisional manager.
