Plastic Injection Moulding Machine (Hand Operated) 

Injection moulding is one of the most economical and conventional methods of fabricating thermo-plastic materials into variety of simple and complex forms. 

It is most advantageous and useful because of its re-mouldability, easy availability, light weight and good surface finish. 

The project work was successfully completed in PES Polytechnic. 



Design, Analysis & Optimisation of MIP in LCA (Going on) 

Tools used: CATIA, PATRAN, NASTRAN. 

Description: The project involves the Modeling, Analysis and Optimization of Main Instrument Panel in Fighter Aircraft. This panel is mounted in the cockpit of an aircraft. It supports various instruments and devices like GPS control and mapping, Fly-by-wire control systems, Emergency systems, research systems etc., This involves modeling of MIP using CATIA V5, solving in MSC Patran and MSC Nastran Softwares. 

The project work is going on in HAL(ARDC) Division, Bangalore.
