To monitor all the new developments of LGEIL & other company products as per drawings and specifications provided. 

Handle the customer complaints and take corrective and preventive action. 

Control of customer and supplier rejection level at PPM.

To do the help of tool room department in modification of tool (mold gauges fixtures).
