Deputy Manager in Tool Room department 

Since January 2005 to till date 

Presently working with a leading company a: well known for inventor and world leader of screw less terminal blocks.

Tool Room department is hi-tech with all available modern facilities like VMC, CNC EDM(with EROWA robot), Wire-EDM, CNC grinder, CMM, Tig & Mig welding, Ultrasonic cleaning system, Heat treatment oven, Sand blasting machine and Video Vision System etc. Tool Room is engaged in manufacturing new mould (cold and hot runner) and repair of existing moulds 

Training in Germany: (total 9weeks) to learn their method of Tool making and different technologies which includes: 

Operation and General maintenance of CNC EDM MAHO, JOHANSSON CMM, RICHTER Easy Marker, WIWOX ultrasonic cleaning machine, JUNG CNC grinder, and MECANIC CAD/CAM software. I also learnt how they make hot runner mould for their most plastic components. 



Responsibilities: 

Responsible for all activities in Tool Room like: 

Planning and implementation of the same for all activities in the department. 

Troubleshooting of all machines related to programming and general maintenance. 

Designing of electrodes. 

Making record of work done by workmen. 

Inspection of components of new development and making report of the same. 

On time repair and maintenance of existing tools.



Senior Engineer (CNC Operations) in Tool Room 

Since November 2000 to January 2005

Planning for all activities in Tool-Room 

Responsible for all requirements (purchase and outsourcing) for Tool Room. 

Programming (manual and with Pro-E CAM) & setting and troubleshooting for both VMC having FANUC- OM series control. 

Arrangement of cutters, fasteners & other required accessories. 

Work loading for CNC, E.D.M., Wire-Cut, Jig Boring and Jig Grinding. 

Responsible for all work done in precision machine area. 

Supervision of press & moulding tools repairing shop. 

Planning for shift schedule of all attached workman (die fitters & machinists). 

To input work done and other data in SAP system. 



Junior Executive Engineer (CNC Operations)

making medium & large Press tools & Checking Fixture, and makes different types

Ashok Leyland, Ford, Mahindra & Mahindra, TATA, Electrolux, GMI, Eicher etc. In Tool Room on CNC Milling Machine of FIDIA Control having CNC Copy Milling & Digitizing device. 

Responsibilities : 

Making manually programs for 2D profiles on both machines. 

Taking 3D programs from CAM-Programmer and to load these into PC of DNC. 

Making shift schedule for all seven operators . 

Planing job priority schedule with consultation of sr. engineer (toolroom). 

To clarify job setting, job drawing and important notification of programs. 

Operate machine in absence of operator . 

Conform availability of job, drill, cutter, insert & other asseseris so that machines do not stop in any shift.

PYN Precision Components has oldest CNC m/c of north India and makes different 

type of precision components for Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, ISRO, Avery India,
