Efficient handling of 4M (Men, Machines, Material & Methods) 

To ensure high standard of quality with minimum wastage. 

Preventive & Running maintenance of all machines & accessoseries, to optimize Machine availability time for production. 

Documentation of ISO 

Aware about Kaizen, 5S, JIT, 6Sigma. 

Prepare daily production reports and report to all branches and relative departments. 

Prepare production schedule as per customer orders. 

Develop new colour formula as per customer?s requirements. 

Prepare SOP as per requirement of Customer. 

Maintain shift production report & daily production report. 

Prepare & Indent the raw material according shop floor requirement. 

To review change control & Deviations. 

Check quality of running product. 

Calibration of instruments like Thermocontroller, thermocouple. 

Collect Customer information, evaluate trial sample and approve / rejected the sample perform Customer inspection or audits. 

To achieve monthly production targets as per order booking on Plant.

To improve on productivity and reduce machine downtime by proper planning and effective preventive maintenance. 

To reduce manpower by time and motion study and wherever required by rectifying mould with help of Tool Room.

To reduce mould changeover time. 

To maintain machines in good condition by proper prevention and break down maintenance and reduce machine downtime on account of maintenance.
