Total technical support to all factories all over in India. 

New product development and plant set up. 

Vendor development 

Process planning. 

Tools and accessories design and development. 

Acheivement: Worked on steel barrel manufacturing unit set up total old line is imported from Italy, visited Italy to understand manufacturing process, material handling, quality system, Worked on total plant setup include machine refurbishment, Machine Placement and its alignment, machine foundation, PLC logic preparation, Material movement planning, Plant automation, Power and air requirement calculation and project related work. Project is successfully completed and running at the 350 barrels per hour production rate
