Worked with Auto Soft India Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. 

Our main client is ISUZU Motors Ltd., Japan. 

Project: 

Bus body project which contains pipe assemblies and individual frames. It includes 

Modeling, assembly and detailing. 

Responsibilities: 

Understanding and analyzing of TIFF, which comes from client. 

Conversion of drawings from 2D to 3D. 

Assembling of components and Detailing. 

Dispatch the finished models after proper quality checking. 

Checking of parameters, which carried out as per clients requirement 



Quality Engineer

Oct 2003 to May 2006 

Worked with S.B.Engineers, Padi, Chennai. 

Key Function: 

Preparing Quality Plan, Work Instruction and Control Plan. 

Component certification at incoming as per sampling and inprocess. 

Maintain the records and documents for the same. 

Control of gauges and instruments used for product verification through calibration. 

Keep necessary control on non-conforming components. 

Periodic review of product and process Non-conformances along with team. 

Maintaining 5S effectively in the department.
