Project I- Tribological Characterization of Cutting Fluids and Way lubes 

In this project we are trying to bring out the bad industrial practices regarding the cutting fluid emphasis on the quality of water used, which tend to cause a lot of problems .An investigation on the tribological properties done on the mixture of cutting fluid with the lubricating oil using a reciprocating tribometer. 



Project II ? Design and Simulation of a Stitcher 

It is a small stitcher of about 2.5 inches in length and works as efficient as a stapler. It basically uses a thread to stitch the objects .This design was made in thinking the harmful effects of a stapler pins .The cost involved in this type of stitcher is as much as 90%less when compared to staplers. It can also be used in packing food articles as thread is less harmful and easily disposable when compared to a stapler pin.
