Extensive experience on machines like Cincinnati, Battenfeld, DGP Windsor, Jet Master & L.G M/c?s            

Having material knowledge in PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PPCP

Producing Quality product by controlling typical process parameter and achieving Production target early to the schedule time.

Taking Mould trails from new moulds.

Handling trouble shooting in production and mould problems.

Role and responsibilities:

Production & Manpower Planning & Controlling.

Ensure required raw material from stores as per production schedule.

Daily Maintenance check for Injection Molding machines.

SEMINAR delivered on ?Gas assisted Injection Moulding (GAIN)?. Gain is one of the latest technologies in Injection Moulding, which has better advantages over conventional Injection Moulding process. Like part weight reduction, over all cycle time is less, high glossy finish etc.
