Worked as Plant Incharge of entire wheel assembly and have been associated with it, right from inciption. I have setup the entire plant from green field stage and have been associated with selection of M/Cs & equipment, its eraction, commissioning and operation. The plant is well set and is operating at optimum utilization. The plant has achieved TS certification.

Worked with Whirlpool of India Limited, Faridabad.

Area of Function:

Foaming:

I was manufacturing Shift Incharge of Foaming, looking after pre foaming assembly and cabinet foaming for refrigerator assembly line. 



Thermoforming:

I was manufacturing Incharge of Thermoforming (Vacuum Sheet Molding), looking after liner production of all models, project planning, cutting, punching, piercing, pre foaming, liner assembly.

Raw material planning, supply to refrigerator assembly and Granulation. 

Handled SPM?s of Italy & Germany, Used fully computerized SPM "RIGO?

Worked for manufacturing implementation of 220 Ltr for Vacuum - Forming, Evaporator Dept., Prefoaming Assembly for cabinet assembly, Refrigerator assembly line process implementation of 220 Ltr CB.
