Concept design of Intake manifold combining with Thermostat cover: 

New concept created to combine thermostat cover with intake manifold and modeled according to sand casting process. 



Design modification of Timing cover and under sump: 

Timing cover and under sump were modified based on new crankcase and sump design respectively. 

Design modification of Intake port: 

6-cylinder Engine intake port was modified according to cylinder block new design. 



Kalyani InfoTech solutions Ltd: 

Reverse Engineering of Fuel Delivery system components: 

This Project included modeling of fuel pump plastic components like reservoir, cap, fuel strainer, sender, connector, filter assembly, regulator housing using physical components while considering design fundamentals of plastic component. 



VJ Coresoft Pvt Ltd: 

Concept design of Bison Joystick cover: 

Two different types of Left hand side Bison Joystick top and lower cover were designed according to Injection moulding and Thermoforming process as per client requirements.
