QC Engineer (MR)

Presently working with a leading company at Coimbatore, TamilNadu, India. 

Manufactures of Polymer Taps, Valves, Faucets and Bathroom accessories. 

Nature of Duties / Responsibilities: 

Monitoring and controlling rejection in all stages. 

Coordinate with supplier related to Quality issues to make corrective actions 

Coordinate with all related department to close customer complaints 

Making root cause analysis for all customer complaints and in process rejection 

Quality assurance and maintaining ISO 9001-2000 system procedures. 

Effective man management, Timely execution and extraction of work from QC Inspectors and Junior Engineers. 

Supervising, training, motivating the operations team thereby ensuring optimum performance. 

Wastage control. 

Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications and equipment modification to enhance operational efficiencies of machine / equipment. 

Coordinate with all departments related to ISO Activities. 

Organizing internal audit and review meeting. 

Identifying needed system developments and coordinate with relevant department to implement. 

Reviewing internal Audit results and status of NCR. Thereby avoiding any failure in system.
