It is the leading forging industry in Nasik. It is the vendor of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Nasik, Tata Motors Ltd. Pune. The production is Differtial forging components weighing from 2.5kg to 20kg. 

Responsibility: 

My Role: Make a drawing on AutoCAD, Unigraphics. 

Estimate the product given by customer for Billet size. 

Design the Dies as per product given by customer. 

Implementation of ISO: TS 16949 : 2000. 

Keep record of drawings & update it. 

Conduct Internal Audit & maintain ISO activities. 

Draw the assembly parts of the machines. 

Conduct Management Review Meetings. 

Make Development of the product with the help of CFT. 

Make record of PPAP. 

Awareness about APQP, FMEA.
