Job Profile:

(a) Day to day administration of production department 

(b) Production planning. 

(c) Preparation of monthly production report 

(d) Monitoring and execution of production in line with marketing requirements 

(e) Process developments 

(f) Implementation of GMP Duties In our organization: 

(1) Responsible for different procedure for testing, product Identification & tracebility, Handling storage& packing, Preservation & delivery, Monitoring & measurement of product, control of non-conformity, corrective action, preventive action. 

(2) Placement of Manpower according to the qualification, experience & interest of work. 

(3) Production control considering 

(Maximum utilization of machine as per capacity and as per quality.) 

(4) Maintenance of machine & plant, its accessories by the process of preventive by seeing the program of machine, order position and break down maintenance by following the previous records to give direction to in charges of Mechanical & Electrical Departments. 

(5) Daily routine meeting with the in charges of different department to know the problems & at the same time decide to overcome from that problem and this should be report to higher authority with its results. 

(6) Reporting to higher authority regarding the day to day activities regarding daily routine meeting discussion, regarding meeting achievement of targets, any break down of any M/C, any M/C requirement item of heavy capital and precession to procure or any addition of any new item, procuring from outside if any address you have or inform to higher authority, helping the higher authority regarding the venders, any recommendation regarding the substitute of any item or any process & procedure for implementation discussing with higher authority. 

(7) Assessment of manpower & performance for regular increments to higher authority. 

(8) Any replacement of M/C considering the condition & situation of M/C vide discussion with higher authority. 

(9) Disciplinary action to any abnormality happing to be taken after discussion with higher authority. 

(10) Sanctioning of leave, start/stopping of any continuous production M/C is always with the approval of prod. Manager, take active part while costing of a product, somewhere the negligence/unknowingly, any production hamper found then duty to ask him, then motivate him, if failed then change to new place of work, if all these fails then take necessary action with discussion with higher authority. 

(11) Apart from all these activities I have adequate knowledge & experience of various welding technology, about various process of production & other processes of rubber products and plastic products, also condom production & its different processes.
