Job Profile:

Design and Manufacturing of Injection moulds, Press tools, Die casting, Jigs and fixtures. 

Trouble shooting of Injection moulds, tools, casting Dies, Jigs and Fixtures. 

Preparation of process plans for manufacturing the above tools.  

Team leading in assembly.

Testing & troubleshooting.  

Maintenance of tooling, Interpretation of design, Electrode planning. 

Quality control, Drafting/detailing relevant to machining. 

To give active support to the production team in meeting the production target by solving problems in the moulds and giving suggestions and ideas from a tool makers view to improve the efficiency.
