Presently Working with a leading manufacturing company manufacturing automobile seating systems for two & four wheelers, train seats, etc. 

Job Profile:

Reporting to Vice President (R&D, PU Projects) and responsible for total project control, coordinate and supervise the facility creation, production proving and trials, new product development. Also responsible for new business development, customer complaint handling, productivity improvements, cost savings and vendor development. 

Responsibility includes production planning and control, material coordination, safety, contract work management, recruitment, and training. 

Present responsibilities include the over all plant management which includes production, maintenance, vendor development, quality control, customer development, business development, new product development, and man power resources management. 

Member of Advanced Engineering Group, four member team, to set technological goals to futuristic products. Involved in Long Range Planning (LRP) activities.
