Job Profile:

Maintenance inspection of all critical equipments during running/shutdown to identify the abnormal condition at an early stage and to carry out the repair/corrective measures with the help of maintenance department and ensure its implementation to all over plants. 

Failure analysis of critical equipments/ spares of high cost in the plant and give recommendation to prevent its recurrence. 

To organize lube oil testing, leakage monitoring, oil centrifuging / replacement, during plant running/ shutdown & wear debris analysis of oil samples to control the lubricant consumption and to enhance the life of lubricants. 

Predictive Maintenance/Condition Monitoring-Vibration analysis through Entek Ird- Enpac 1200B,Datapac 1200,Ird 890, Thermography through Raytek, Wear Debris analysis, Laser Alignment through Easy Laser alignment system of rotating & reciprocating equipments used in process industries, Cement & Power plants. 

Dynamic Balancing of high & medium speed industrial fans through Data Pac 1500 

Nondestructive testing of critical weld joints, critical subassembly/spare parts by employing the technique of Ultrasonic Test, Magnetic Particle Test, Thickness measurement 

Condition monitoring of girth gear- pinions and and their alignment WCM through Reliability Centered Maintenance. Knowledge of ISO 9000, 1400, 18000, OHSAS 8000.
