Coordinating with Engineering Department for component developments, by CAD model study & subsequent changes. 

Giving design concepts & coordinating designs of the moulds with vendors. 

Design reviews and complete follow-up of new mould developments with various tool making companies. New mould trials & subsequent correct ions.

Studying of the Component Drawing or model and deciding the stages of the final product discussing with the manager. 

After discussing with the Manager, finalizing the basic concept of the tool. 

Total designing of the part drawings with follow up f the same. 

Planning of electrodes for E. D. M process. 

Assembling of Tools and Injection Moulds 

Designing of jigs and fixtures for the same or over of designing, 

Studying of the Component Drawing and with the guidance of Tool Room Engg understanding basic concept of the tool for manufacturing.
