Job Profile:

Maintenance 

Planning as per m/c capability, preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries. 

Tool change and product change implementations. 

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools. 

Involved in identifying performance bottlenecks, wastes and taking steps to minimise down time. 

Production Planning 

Supervising production operations, scheduling activities for meeting production targets. 

Arrange manpower for reworks. 

Leading, training and motivating the shop floor staff ensuring optimum resource allocation. 

Initiating process improvement and cost reduction projects for achieving maximum productivity.
