Presently working with a leading Manufacturers of Hydraulic cylinders, Hydraulic Power packs, Test rigs, Hydraulically operated presses & Scissor Lifters, & Electrical controls.

Job Responsibilities: 

Feasibility study of customer requirements. 

Cost estimation. Discussion with customer regarding general assembly drawing. 

Design of Hydraulic cylinders, hydraulically operated presses & Scissor Lifters, as per customer application by considering material strength, working conditions. 

Generation of Bill of materials. Checking & Approving complete assembly & part drawings. 

Witnessing final assembled component. Ensuring the satisfactory working of component after dispatch. Design validation. Looking production activities like follow up of raw materials with purchase department, job allocation, outsourcing, final material dispatch etc.  in the absence of production engineer. Maintaining design documents as per ISO 9001:2000 requirements. 

Achievements: 

10 Tone Pillar type Hydraulic press of bed size 2000x1500 mm ,pillar area 4100x2900 mm for Automobile carpet forming. 

10 Tone capacity scissor lifter. 

Double stage scissor lifter closed height 180mm opened height 1560mm for automobile rear axle assembly. 

100 Tone capacity C-press for Aluminum extrusions bend removing. 

150 Tone H-press for acoustics sheet making. 

150 Tone capacity C-press for Aluminum extrusions bend removing.
