Job Profile:

Looking after the Facilities, Maintenance of Formulation Machines And Utility Equipments. 

Attending Routine & Breakdown Maintenance of Utility and Production Equipments 

with proper Planning & Spares arrangement. Attending Preventive Maintenance & Overhauling of the Equipments as per PM - Plan & Schedule. Process Modification & Automation as and when required or from the point of view of process improvement & Energy savings. 

Preparing Documents of SOPs, RDS , URS, DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ, Daily Log Sheets, PM Plan & Schedule and History Cards of machines. 

Involving & Monitoring of In-house and Project activities, Follow up to Related Contractors & Suppliers, Finalize Quotations, Procurement of Spares, Capital Equipments and Accessories. 

Facing Internal Audits, Electrical Inspector & Safety Audits, Checking of Utility related Bills like Electricity & water.
