Preparing maintenance schedule of the machines 

Preparing visual inspection reports for the quality control department 

Followup and implement ISO 9002 & 2000 standard and specifications. 

To control maximum rejection at various levels of injection moulding operations. 

Man power allocation on the machines. 

Followup the machine maintenance as well as in house keeping. 

Planning implementation and monitoring the 12/3 agreement given by the management. 

Preparing performance reports of workmen.
