Installation & Commissioning of LPG Treating Unit. 

Checking the Unit as per P&IDs & monitoring of progress status, also report preparation w.r.t mechanical completion. 

Check listing of all the equipments (e.g. Pumps, Columns, Filters, Vessels, Heat Exchangers, etc) before commissioning. 

Pre-commissioning trial runs of the equipments. 

Crosschecking of the field-readings of Instrument-Tags with the DCS Panel & pointing out the miss-matches for rectification. 

Flushing the equipments & piping with water & steam before start-up & commissioning. 

Collecting the plant operating data on daily-basis during start-up period. 

Preparation of performance monitoring reports. 

Collecting the LPG & Caustic samples (as & when required) & recording the laboratory analysis report. 

Necessary co-ordination during Performance Guarantee Test-Run period. 

Checking the Unit as per P&ID, also identification & marking the hook-up points (as per P&ID) in the field for the revamp of Atmospheric & Vacuum Distillation Unit-1/2. 

Checking of the modifications done as per project scheme. 

Collection of site-data for preparation of improvement schemes during project implementation stage. 

Co-ordination/follow-up with different implementing departments for implementation of process-schemes. 

Collecting the plant operating data on daily-basis after revamp of AVUs for preparation of performance monitoring reports. 

Collecting the different product samples (as & when required) & recording the laboratory analysis report along with performance monitoring reports. 

Necessary co-ordination during Shut-down & Performance Guarantee Test-Run period. 

Preparation of As-Built P&IDs 

Collection of data (e.g. line size, line destination, etc) from the site. 

Preparation of sketches in EXCEL sheets to develop as-built P&ID.
