Job Profile:

Docum entation of current Quality Systems as per ISO/TS 16949:2002 and Quality Assurance system. 

Analysis and preparation of rejection occur repeat in incoming material inspection, and help in preparing corrective/preventive action plan of supplier. 

Analysis of customer complaints, by root cause identification (5W & 1H with fishbone diagram & 8D report analysis), taking containment action & initiates corrective & preventive actions. 

Activities like new sample approval, and approval of new suppliers or new parts submission by supplier based on SPC Technique, Assembly trial, audit, approval testing of parts, supplier process audit and supplier rating & FPP monitoring. 

Recommende d of judicious decision making on deviated components. 

Disposal of non-confirming components as rework/scrap. 

Clearanc e of machining components e.g. - Pistons, Adjuster screw, Nut, Bolt, Forging components, also Rubber parts, Plastic components, Casting material e.g.- Wheel cylinder, Tmc, Caliper, Carrier, Wheel carrier arm, Raw/Material e.g.- Leaded bars, Aluminum bars, Castings, and clearance of Plated parts, Imported items, Press parts like Back plates, Rim, Web & Clearance of machining components including Export M/c line wheel cylinder.
